At Thulasi Traditional Foods, we take great care in preparing and packaging our products to ensure they reach you in the best condition. Due to the nature of food products, our refund policy is limited and applies only in specific situations.

By placing an order on our website, you agree to the terms outlined below.

Non Returnable Products

All food products sold on our website are non returnable and non exchangeable once delivered.

We do not accept returns for:

• Opened food products
• Products that have been consumed or partially used
• Orders placed incorrectly by the customer
• Change of mind after purchase

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery.

To process your request, you must provide:

• Order number
• Photos of the damaged product
• Photos of the packaging
• A brief description of the issue

Once verified, we may offer one of the following:

• Replacement of the product
• Store credit
• Partial or full refund depending on the situation

Requests made after 24 hours of delivery may not be eligible for refund or replacement.

Order Cancellation

Orders can only be cancelled before they are processed or shipped.

Once the order has been packed or dispatched, cancellation will not be possible.

Refund Processing

If a refund is approved, it will be processed through the original payment method used during purchase.

Refunds may take 5 to 10 business days to reflect depending on your bank or payment provider.

Delivery Issues

If a package is returned due to:

• Incorrect shipping address provided by the customer
• Failed delivery attempts
• Customer unavailable at delivery location

The order may not qualify for a refund.

In such cases, additional shipping charges may apply for re delivery.
